The Role

You will be working amongst a lively, tight knit team providing support to our Property Managers. Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for completing the daily operational tasks effectively and efficiently. You will gain experience in all facets of Property Management. Some of your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Managing incoming calls for the office

Reception responsibilities

Administrative support to the PM team

Tenancy application processing

Assisting with tenancy onboarding & vacating process

Key Control & Audits

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you must:

Own car & driver’s license

Live within 30 min drive in peak traffic

Real Estate Sales Person registration certificate preferred or study modules completed
