Group in Albany, Western Australia is seeking two Part-time Therapeutic Youth Workers to join our great southern team. You will deliver trauma-informed support to help build resilience and empower young people in out-of-home care.

You will work alongside a dedicated team to create protected, structured therapeutic environments, support daily routines, develop individualised care plans, and respond calmly to behavioural needs while promoting independence and positive relationships.
