Richemont is seeking a Client Service Associate for a luxury retail setting. You will be the face of the Maison’s aftersales experience, managing client journeys from intake to resolution with empathy, commercial awareness, and accuracy.

Responsibilities include explaining repair processes, updating clients, applying service policies, and coordinating with boutiques, workshops and HQ to ensure a seamless service and sales support. Weekend retail hours are required.
