What you will do

- Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers
- Checking in their vehicles
- Making service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & by customer portal using the latest Scania software
- Updating customers - great communication skills
- Invoicing of completed work orders
- Return keys to customer
- Booking courtesy cars
- General administrative duties
- Planner experience required but not essential (training is provided)
- Accuracy with data entry

- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with valuable computer skills
- Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
