My Slice of Life Transport and Services – Gosford NSW

This is a genuine casual, as-needed position. Shifts will be offered as bookings and operational requirements arise. Regular or guaranteed hours cannot initially be offered; however, CoastRide is growing quickly and we expect opportunities to increase as our services expand. CoastRide is a work-from-home based business rather than a traditional office-based operation. Drivers generally work independently while completing their allocated bookings and remain connected with our wider team.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Drive CoastRide passenger vehicles safely, lawfully and professionally on allocated routes and bookings.
n
- Complete scheduled airport shuttles, private transfers, cruise terminal transfers and tour bookings.
n
- Undertake longer-distance services across the Central Coast, Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Region and Blue Mountains as allocated.
n
- Check passenger names, pickup locations, destinations and booking details before departure.
n
- Provide punctual, friendly and professional customer service and communicate promptly about delays or operational issues.
n
- Assist passengers with secure boarding and reasonable luggage handling.
n
- Keep vehicles clean, presentable and safe, and promptly report damage, faults or maintenance concerns.
n




- Follow CoastRide procedures for bookings, vehicle handover, fuel, passenger safety and incident reporting.
n
- Provide respectful and inclusive service to all passengers, including families, older Australians and people with disability.
n
- Comfortably transport approved pets in accordance with CoastRide requirements.
n

About you nn
- Current Australian Driver Licence appropriate for the vehicle
n
- Current National Police Check
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Safe and responsible driving record
n
- No drink- or drug-driving offences
n
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
n
- Professional presentation
n
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
n
- Ability to work confidently and independently
n
- Ability to safely assist passengers with luggage and boarding
n
