We’re looking for multipleSenior Python Developers to join a high-performing engineering team building production-grade AI capabilities across a large enterprise environment.

n

This is a software engineering role first , with Python at the centre. You’ll design, build and operate backend services and AI-enabled workflows used across customer-facing and internal platforms, with a strong focus on production quality, reliability and scalability.

What you’ll be working on n

You’ll build and support:

- Python backend services and APIs
n
- Production agentic AI workflows
n
- RAG and enterprise knowledge solutions
n
- MCP integrations and AI-enabled tooling
n
- Human-in-the-loop and headless agent workflows
n
- LLM evaluation and quality frameworks
n
- Enterprise integrations with internal platforms and data sources
n
- CI/CD, containerised deployment and production observability
n

What we’re looking for n

You’ll ideally have:

n

n
- Strong commercial Python development experience
n
- Deep backend software engineering fundamentals
n
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable production systems
n
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG or MCP
n
- Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or Google ADK
n




- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure
n
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, testing, CI/CD and production support
n
- Ability to explain design decisions, trade‑offs and failure scenarios clearly
n

AI experience n

We’re particularly interested in engineers who have moved beyond prototypes and have built real production AI systems.

Relevant experience could include n

- Agent orchestration
n
- Retrieval and grounding
n
- Prompt and agent evaluation
n
- Guardrails and human oversight
n
- Model integration
n
- Observability and regression testing
n
- AI-assisted software delivery
n

The opportunity n

This is a chance to work on enterprise‑scale AI engineering in an environment where Python, software engineering and production AI are all central to the role.

n

You’ll remain hands‑on while contributing to architecture, engineering standards and the evolution of AI‑enabled systems across the organisation.

n

We are looking for both mid‑level and senior developers. Salaries range between $160,000 - $240,000 plus bonus.

n

3 days in the office per week.
