About the Company…

The Company is a locally owned and operated supplier of specialist rental equipment to the building & construction industry in the Wide Bay and Fraser Coast regions. Due to their successful year-on-end growth, they are now seeking a Sales Coordinator that has experience from within the equipment, machinery, mining or construction industry.

n

About the Position…

n

This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting customers coming into the branch, as well as controlling and monitoring incoming/ outgoing equipment in the Company’s Hire Software System.

n

Core objectives include:

n

n
- Monitor incoming and outgoing Equipment

n
- Attending promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email and in-store.

n
- Ensuring customers receive their equipment in full within the allocated timeframe.

n
- Regular interaction and support with the sales, workshop, accounts & logistics team to ensure sales targets are being met; detailing specifics on when equipment is available for hire.
