Job Description

Novotel Sydney International Airport, part of Accor, is seeking an experienced Banquet Duty Manager to lead seamless events from small meetings to gala dinners. You will oversee service delivery, liaise with F&B; and Sales teams, and create unforgettable guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership in high-volume hospitality, a calm, qualified demeanour, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
