Knowledge & skills • Positive understanding of software delivery methods and processes

n

• Knowledge of the release management function within software delivery

n

• Knowledge of service management principles

n

• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills

n

• Ability to manage and work across multiple concurrent streams of work

n

• Knowledge of Plutora, Jira and confluence

n

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS and Azure)

n

Relevant experience • As release manager or project manager with view of the full software delivery lifecycle

n

• Worked within both Agile /Iterative and Waterfall methodologies

n

• Experience with development and utilisation of DevOps methods and tools, specifically in relation with management of configuration items

n

• Experience of working within banking environments and systems will be advantageous

n

• Leading an organisation level process and behaviour change, with direct responsibility of implementing the change through interaction with stakeholders across levels in the organisation
