McDermott Aviation is Australia's largest privately owned helicopter operator, delivering specialised aviation services across Australia and around the world. With a fleet of more than 50 aircraft operating throughout Australia, North America and Europe, we support critical aerial operations including aerial firefighting, heavy-lift operations, and specialist aviation services.

This is a hands-on administration role supporting our Sunshine Coast operations. You'll provide day-to-day administrative support, helping keep records, paperwork, reporting and business processes organised and up to date.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys administration and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed. This role suits a practical, organised person who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting others to get the job done

Key Responsibilities n

- General administration and office support.
n
- Maintaining records, registers and business documentation.
n
- Assisting with onboarding, training and employee administration.
n
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and correspondence.
n
- Supporting purchasing, supplier communication and invoice administration.
n
- Assisting with rostering,



timesheets and workforce administration.
n
- Providing administrative support to managers and operational teams.
n

About You nn
- Previous administration or office support experience.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
n
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
n
- Reliable, adaptable and team-oriented.

Desirable nn
- Experience in aviation, logistics, maintenance or operational environments.
n
- Experience with rostering, timesheets, purchasing or payroll administration.
n
- Exposure to business or workforce management systems.
