Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to support the AMP account, responsible for the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalogue.
n
- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
n
- Support CMDB, including CI data quality, relationships, and ongoing maintenance.
n
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub and MID Server.
n
- Perform platform administration, troubleshooting and production support.
n
- Support platform upgrades, releases, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
n
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and change-management standards.
