An exciting chance exists for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM and a broad suite of SAP cloud solutions.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the SAP platform remains stable, secure, high-performing and ready to support a complex transformation.

n

You’ll act as the senior hands-on SAP Technical Specialist, providing leadership across SAP Basis architecture, environment management, technical governance, releases and platform operations.

n

This is a 12-month Melbourne based contract, offering the opportunity to shape a large-scale SAP transformation while influencing technical direction, platform strategy and operational readiness across a sophisticated SAP ecosystem.

This is: what you’ll do n

- Lead SAP Basis governance, architecture and landscape strategy across S/4HANA, EWM and associated SAP platforms
n
- Manage environment planning, provisioning, refreshes and readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Oversee SAP upgrades, migrations, platform changes and technical remediation activities
n
- Drive release, transport and change management processes across multiple SAP environments
n
- Collaborate with implementation partners, support providers and project stakeholders to deliver technical outcomes
n
- Lead resolution of complex SAP technical issues, risks and environment challenges
n
- Support testing, cutover,



deployment and hypercare activities during key program phases
n
- Coordinate disaster recovery, resilience and business continuity testing activities
n
- Maintain technical standards, architecture documentation and operational readiness artefacts
n

This is: what you’ll need nn
- Extensive SAP Basis experience supporting large-scale SAP landscapes
n
- Proven delivery experience across SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, migrations or transformation programs
n
- Strong knowledge of SAP RISE and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) operating models
n
- Hands-on expertise with SAP HANA Database administration and performance optimisation
n
- Experience supporting SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI and Cloud Identity Services
n
- Exposure to SAP EWM, SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba, Concur and SuccessFactors environments
n
- Experience coordinating technical activities across vendors, partners and support teams
n
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement and technical leadership capability
n
- Strong documentation, governance and BAU transition experience
