Monash Health is seeking a Level 3 Consumer Lived Experience Worker for the Youth Consultation and Treatment Team (YCTT) in Dandenong, VIC. This ongoing part-time role focuses on peer support for young people aged 16–25 with mental health conditions, using lived experience to inspire hope and recovery in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.

The role involves mentoring, decision-making support and recovery coaching, with follow-ups via phone, telehealth and in-person visits.
