Avis Budget Group is seeking a Customer Experience Expert in Shepparton for a 6-month contract, part time 20 hours/week. The role focuses on delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service to automotive glass customers and supporting daily operations in a busy service centre.

You will greet customers, assist with sales of vehicle accessory products, handle enquiries, educate customers on services, and coordinate bookings and invoicing.
