Advanced Korean skincare, relaxing spa rituals and room to grow

Sarang Spa is a Korean‑inspired boutique day spa in Westfield Warringah Mall, Brookvale. For over five years we've built our reputation on results‑driven skincare, relaxing spa rituals and treatments that are never rushed. Our business is growing strongly, and we're looking for an experienced therapist to join us.

This role suits someone who enjoys both facials and massage, takes pride in their technique, and wants to use their experience to help junior therapists improve. You'll spend most of your day in the treatment room, with the added responsibility of setting the standard for the team.

What you'll do

- Perform our full facial menu, from the Sarang Signature Facial through to peels, microdermabrasion, LED and the Sarang Intensive Facial
- Deliver our premium Glass Skin programme, a 9‑week Korean skincare journey combining Hydro‑Microdermabrasion, GlowMax Micro Needling and EMS Powerlift
- Carry out waxing and tinting
- Mentor junior therapists on technique, consultation and client care
- Help maintain treatment room presentation and service standards
- Help with stock management and daily operations
- Manage appointments and client records in Kitomba
- Recommend home‑care products that suit each client's skin

What you'll need





- Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- 3+ years' experience in a beauty or day spa setting
- Strong facial skills and a genuine interest in skincare results
- Experience supervising, training or supporting other therapists
- Availability for weekend shifts (we trade 7 days)
- A calm, qualified manner and excellent client communication
- Full Australian working rights

$35–$45/hr (above award) depending on experience, plus weekend penalties, retail commission and super
