We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our Rockdale team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality with strong interpersonal skills who can deliver a welcoming, positive, and professional guest experience. What

We Are Looking For: n

- Team Leadership: Be able to influence and motivate a team of customer service attendants.
n
- Exceptional Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver a warm, positive guest experience and build quick rapport with regular customers.
n
- Strong Barista Skills: Experience in preparing a variety of hot and iced drinks.
n
- Proactive & Reliable Attitude: A team player who takes pride in punctuality and seamlessly assists across floor service and cleaning.
n
- Fast-Paced Efficiency: Ability to maintain composure, speed, and accuracy during busy periods.
n
- Strong Communication:



Excellent verbal skills to take orders accurately, handle point-of-sale systems, and manage customer requests professionally.

- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role
n
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure while engaging warmly with our customers
n
- Weekend availability is essential

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
