Job Description

Waterama in Albany Creek, Brisbane, is seeking a full time Administration & Retail Assistant to support our two retail outlets and field service operations. The role combines admin, bookkeeping, and front-counter support, with training provided in the retail side.

You will handle data entry in Lightspeed / Retail Manager, manage debtors and creditors, invoicing, quotes, and assist service scheduling. The position requires attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to work weekends
