Job Description
Spirit of Tasmania is seeking a Marine Manager reporting to the General Manager - Marine Operations. The role is to oversee vessel operation, ensure compliance and certification, and implement best practice safety procedures across the operation.

Candidates will have sailed as Chief Officer or First Engineer, with Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer's Certificate, auditing accreditation desirable, and robust analytical, commercial and interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholder relationships.
