About the Role n

We are seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst to serve as the key onsite IT presence in our Sydney CBD office. You will manage L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end, delivering exceptional face-to-face service while ensuring smooth daily IT operations across our hardware and cloud systems.

Key Technical Focus n

n
- Microsoft 365: Administration, licensing, and day-to-day user troubleshooting.
n
- Microsoft Intune: Endpoint device management, app deployment, and policy configuration.
n




- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory: Identity management, user onboarding/offboarding, access rights, and group administration.
n
- Windows OS: Troubleshooting and support for Windows 10 and 11 endpoints.
n
- Hardware & Support: Laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and ITSM ticket lifecycle management.
n

Key Requirements nn
- Proven experience in a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support role.
n
- Solid hands-on experience across M365, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
n
- Exceptional face-to-face communication, customer service, and process documentation skills.
n
- Ability to work 5 days onsite in Sydney CBD.
n
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
