We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team.

n

You will be working on a range of foundation construction, piling, civil and structural projects across the utilities, building, telecommunications, and broader infrastructure sectors.

With a strong pipeline of secured work, experienced crews, and a commitment to doing things properly, we are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our growing team.

The role n

Reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with Project Managers, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site-based activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced supervisor with a strong background in civil and structural infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities n

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

n

Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Managers to effectively plan and execute project works.

n

Lead site mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including the coordination of plant, equipment, materials, and resources.

n

Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met.

n

Supervise day-to-day site operations, including critical construction activities, inspections, concrete works, and quality control.

n





Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through proactive leadership and compliance with WHS requirements.

n

Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.

n

Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Worksite Management Plans (WMP), project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

n

Monitor workmanship and construction quality to ensure work is completed to company and client standards.

n

Lead, mentor, and support site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to create a productive and collaborative work environment.

n

Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, workforce attendance, stakeholder communications, incidents, and project progress updates.

n

Coordinate environmental management practices and ensure compliance with environmental obligations.

n

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

n

Monitor labour, plant, equipment, and material utilisation to support productivity and cost-effective project delivery.

n

Ensure allocated vehicles, plant, and equipment are maintained, inspected, and fit for purpose.

n

Undertake other duties as reasonably required to support successful project outcomes.

What we are looking for n

Proven experience supervising foundation construction, piling, civil and structural construction.

n

A strong understanding of foundations, piling, and general construction methodologies.

n

The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical documents.

n





Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, environmental management, and construction regulations.

n

A commitment to delivering high-quality work in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.

n

Solid leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, mentor, and develop teams.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both management and site personnel.

n

Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

n

A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

n

The ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Qualifications & Experience n

Construction White Card.

n

Senior First Aid Certificate.

n

Demonstrated construction supervision experience.

n

Strong mechanical aptitude.

n

Current driver's licence.

n

Sound understanding of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.

n

Proficient with digital and mobile tools to manage on-site documentation and communication.

n

Formal Supervisory Training or Qualification.

n

Excavator Operator Certification.

n

HR Driver's Licence.

n

Vehicle Loading Crane Licence.

n

High Risk Work Licence (Dogging, Rigging, and/or Forklift).

n

Working at Heights Accreditation.

n

Experience operating piling equipment and related construction plant.
