n Your new role
n Reporting directly to senior leaders within the practice, you will manage a portfolio of business clients across a range of industries while providing proactive accounting and taxation advice.Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
n
- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a broad range of entities
n
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members
n
- Assisting with tax planning and business advisory engagements
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
n
- Supporting and mentoring graduate and intermediate accountants
n




- Working closely with Partners on complex client matters
n

What you'll need to succeedn
nTo be successful in this role, you will possess:n

n
- CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
n
- 4+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
n
- Experience managing client relationships independently
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to review work and mentor junior staff
n
