We are seeking an experienced and commercially motivated Account Manager to support and grow our Aerospace business in ANZ Region, including South Pacific. You will manage strategic customer relationships, increasing sales growth, identifying recent business opportunities, and being a trusted partner to commercial airlines, MROs, OEMs, and aerospace industry partners. You will have industry connections and an understanding of aerospace operational and regulatory requirements. You will report to the Sales Director.

This is a field based role and you can be based in greater Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane areas (Other locations in Australia will also be considered).

Key responsibilities n

n
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
n
- Grow sales within existing aerospace accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
n
- Manage relationships with important partners across airlines, MROs, OEMs, distributors, and aerospace service providers
n
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities
n
- Support customer engagement throughout the sales cycle,



from opportunity identification to contract implementation
n
- Leverage existing relationships with major commercial airlines and MRO organisations across Australia
n
- Develop executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations leaders
n
- Represent us at aerospace industry events, trade shows, and customer forums
n
- Promote aerospace-approved chemical solutions and specialty products to support maintenance and operational requirements
n
- Collaborate with technical service teams to provide product recommendations and solve customer challenges
n

About you nn
- Minimum 7 years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience in the aerospace industry
n
- Demonstrated experience with aerospace chemicals, specialty materials, consumables, coatings, sealants, lubricants, or maintenance products
n
- Experience delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets
n
- Understanding of aerospace operational and regulatory requirements
n
- Knowledge of customer maintenance practices, regulatory requirements, and product approval processes
