Our Social Content Lead is the face and voice of Revo Fitness. A hands-on content creator who lives in front of the camera and behind the edit, bringing our brand to life every day across socials. You're a curator of the Revo brand: you live and breathe it, understand it on a deep level, and set the standard for what "on brand" looks, sounds and feels like.

This isn't a desk-based role overseeing others' output. You'll translate our social strategy into standout content, leading a small creator team by example through a hands-on approach: ideating, filming, editing and posting daily. If you're ready to grab the tiny mic, own the camera, and set the pace, this is your role. Joining a marketing team of 20+ who bring the same energy, equally obsessed with the brand, our community, and raising the bar.

What you’ll be doing? Content Creation & Execution n

- Own the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
n
- Ideate, film, edit and publish high-performing content, hands-on, day-to-day
n
- Be a key face and voice of the Revo brand on socials, appearing confidently and consistently in front of the camera.
n
- Deeply embody Revo's brand personality, tone and values in every piece of content, acting as custodian of the brand on social media
n
- Set the standard for what "on brand" looks, sounds and feels like
n
- Create content at key brand moments, such as club openings, events and activations including outside standard working hours.
n
- Build genuine audience connection and community advocacy through authentic,



recognisable content.

Team Leadership nn
- Lead a small team of creators by example, staying hands-on rather than purely directing
n
- Give clear direction, briefs and feedback for consistent, high-quality output
n
- Oversee team workflows and daily priorities
n
- Foster a high-performance creative culture that raises the bar
n

Performance & Optimisation nn
- Track social media performance (growth, engagement, reach, conversions) and use insights to shape day-to-day content
n

Collaboration & Campaign Integration nn
- Partner with the wider marketing, activations, partnerships and club teams to bring campaigns to life through content and support influencer partnerships
n

What you’ll bring? nn
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
n
- Demonstrated experience creating hands-on content across social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
n
- Confident speaking to camera and comfortable being the face of a brand
n
- Experience filming and editing content solo, from concept through to publish (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
n
- Skilled at writing compelling,



on-brand copy and managing communication campaigns (eDM, blog, etc.)
n
- Experience leading or mentoring a small content team, ideally by example rather than pure oversight.
n
- Deeply embodies the Revo Fitness brand personality — lives and breathes it

- Highly organised with great communication skills
