About the role

n

As a key member of the Cloud, AI & Modern Workplace team, the Cloud Services Manager is a senior technology leadership role responsible for ensuring Harvey Norman’s cloud platforms, infrastructure services and eCommerce environment remain secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective. You will lead the operational management and continual improvement of our cloud services capability, driving service excellence across cloud operations, DevOps, systems engineering.

You will;

n

n
- Lead the day-to-day operations, support and reliability of Harvey Norman’s cloud services and eCommerce platform.
n
- Drive service performance, resilience, monitoring, incident management and operational excellence across the cloud environment.
n
- Lead and develop teams across Systems Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations.
n
- Partner with Digital Delivery, Security, Architecture and Product teams to ensure platforms are secure, scalable and fit for future business needs.
n
- Own cloud cost management, optimisation initiatives and service improvement programs.
n
- Manage operational risks, critical incidents, governance controls and supplier relationships.
n
- Champion automation, standardisation and modern operational practices that improve efficiency and service quality.
n

About You

n





You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cloud operations, infrastructure services and platform management within complex enterprise environments. You combine strong technical capability with proven people leadership skills and have a passion for delivering reliable, business-critical technology services.

n

You will also have;

n

n
- 10+ years' experience managing and improving enterprise cloud, infrastructure or platform services.
n
- Experience leading and developing high-performing technical operations teams.
n
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, resilience, security and operational support models.
n
- Experience with DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD and operational readiness.
n
- A track record of managing large-scale cloud environments, service reliability and business-critical platforms.
n
- Experience supporting and optimising high-volume eCommerce platforms.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical, vendor and business audiences.
n
- Experience managing cloud financials, operational governance, risk and continual service improvement initiatives.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
