We're looking for a Bakery/Kitchen Manager who can inspire their team, delight customers, and help create the kind of food experience people look forward to.

Key Responsibilities n

Lead, coach, and develop the Bakery & Kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service.

n

Manage department performance, including sales, wages, gross profit, and stock control.

n

Ensure fresh, high-quality products are consistently available and presented to a high standard.

n

Drive merchandising, promotions, and local initiatives to maximise sales and customer engagement.

n

Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, workplace health & safety, and company standards.

About You n

A genuine appreciation for great food, presentation, and the details that turn a simple visit into a great customer experience.

Passion for fresh food, customer service and creating a positive team culture

n

Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, workplace health & safety, budgets, labour costs, stock control, and department profitability.

n

Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.

n

Proven leadership experience in a bakery, kitchen, hospitality, or fresh food retail environment.

n

Experience managing budgets, labour costs, stock control and department profitability
