Subway - Store Manager

We are looking for someone who's interested in being fully responsible with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis, and you will work closely with them to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

About the role

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store is upholding our high standards which lead to us providing a great guest experience every time. You will be dedicated to seeing the store succeed and ensure both our guests and your team are met with a positive experience.

Duties

n

n
- Provide exceptional customer service & efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks of the store
n
- Provide a outstanding training experience of onboarding team members
n
- Monitor stock levels and product wastage
n
- Managing deliveries
n
- Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld with the store
n
- Rostering
n
- Developing plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
n

Skills and Experience

- Previous leadership experience in Retail or Hospitality
n
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change
n
- Great communication skills
n
- Ability to lead a team environment
n
- Organisational skills & the ability to efficiently manage tasks
n
