About the role

We are seeking experienced Medical/Surgical and General Ward Registered Nurses to support healthcare facilities across the Northern Territory. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a variety of Med ical /Surg ical and general settings while contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in regional and remote communities.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality care within acute medical/surgical and general ward environments
- Assess, monitor and evaluate patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions
- Administer, medications, intravenous therapies, and treatments as required
- Recognise and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating care when appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice patient care




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to support the team and residents at Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility on a permanent, part-time basis working 25+ hours per week. This role involves night shifts and a penalty driven rate of $51.26 - $53.84 / hour gross base (dependent of skills and experience) – plus salary packaging options. Visa Sponsorship is NOT available with this role.

Skills and experience

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Full rights to work in Australia.




- Ability to liaise with a care team and to provide coordinated care.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practice.
- Demonstrated understanding of resident centred and residential based care services delivery.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team in a range of settings.
- Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
