About the role

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Sales Manager to own the sales plan for one of the company’s key categories. You’ll turn strategy into results by delivering volume, revenue and net gross profit targets. You’ll also make sure demand planning and supply stay closely aligned.

You’ll work closely with the Sales, Supply and Marketing teams and play a central role in improving category performance and delivering sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering sales plans that hit volume, revenue and net gross profit targets
- Managing and growing customer relationships across Foodservice, QSR and Home Meal Kit channels
- Building accurate sales forecasts and volume projections in step with supply planning
- Analysing sales and profitability data to find opportunities to improve results
- Driving growth through product mix,



pricing strategy and new product opportunities
- Partnering with Category and Marketing to run promotional plans and measure how well they work
- Keeping communication open with supply teams on volumes, quality and pricing
- Reporting sales performance, risks and opportunities clearly across the business

About you

- 3–5 years’ experience in sales and/or supply within FMCG or a related industry
- Energised by a fast-paced, seasonal workplace
- Experience with Foodservice, QSR or Home Meal Kit accounts is highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in forecasting, pricing and margin optimisation
- A natural relationship builder with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
