Banco Chambers is one of Sydney's leading commercial chambers. Its barristers appear in significant litigation before courts and tribunals across Australia.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support four busy commercial barristers. This is a trusted, varied role. You will manage the professional and personal administration of four high-performing barristers, and you will have real ownership of how that work gets done.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing four complex, fast-moving diaries, including hearings, conferences and client meetings
- Preparing and managing fee billing




- Organising paper and electronic briefs so the barristers have what they need, when they need it
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Handling a range of personal and professional administrative matters with discretion

About you

- At least 5 years' experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior professionals
- Highly organised, with sound judgement when priorities compete
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of your workload, and flexible where necessary to get the job done
- Discreet, professional and calm under pressure
- Excellent technological literacy
- Legal experience is useful but not essential

- 4 weeks annual leave plus an extended 2 weeks of leave between Christmas and early January

This is a full time, office-based role.
