Quantum Navigators P/L is seeking a Direct Services Manager to lead and grow direct support services for participants under the NDIS. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Director to oversee operations, develop the workforce and expand service offerings.
You will ensure person-centred supports, build relationships with families, coordinators and allied health professionals, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with NDIS standards.
