Are you an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in Agile environments and enjoys driving collaboration, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a motivated professional to support a high-performing team delivering complex and meaningful projects.

In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, support sprint delivery, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will also contribute business analysis expertise and maintain key project documentation to support effective team delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices across the delivery team.
- Prepare and maintain monthly sprint and release tracking reports.
- Monitor and communicate sprint progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project and sprint documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and support delivery objectives.
- Provide business analysis support to the team where required.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience producing and managing project and delivery documentation.
- Sound understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery methodologies.




- Ability to lead discussions, facilitate workshops, and remove delivery impediments.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience
