Our client is a well-established industrial real estate investment and development business with a growing national portfolio. It's known for a disciplined, hands-on approach and strong relationships with its capital partners.

They're now looking for an Investment Analyst to take ownership of the models, registers and reporting behind the portfolio. It's a broad, hands-on role with exposure across the full investment lifecycle.

The role

- Run and maintain the asset and portfolio models
- Prepare budgets, reforecasts and rolling cash flows with Finance
- Manage the valuation process, from instructions through to reconciling back to the models
- Oversee debt registers, covenants, hedging and lender reporting
- Manage distributions, capital calls, unitholder registers and IRR tracking
- Prepare quarterly investor,



capital partner and JV reporting
- Track portfolio performance, WALE, expiry profiles and exposures
- Support underwriting, due diligence, IC papers and capital raising

About you

- Solid experience in real estate investment, funds management or corporate finance
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Positive working knowledge of real estate debt and equity structures
- Excellent attention to detail and a firm focus on data accuracy
- Proactive and comfortable working across investment, finance and capital partner teams
- Industrial or logistics experience is highly regarded
