Careers & Candidates has been engaged by our Client to source candidates for the role of Senior Commercial Business Partner.

The organisation is based in Geelong and you will need to commute to travel to the office.

The role is one of the key reports into the CFO and will assume responsibility for business partnering with operations and across the business. The are no staff reports in to the role. The financial accounting sits with the Financial Controller's team.

The key focus of the role will be to provide commercial insight and accountability for Project Managers. This will include working with them to manage costs and to meet project and program milestones. From a reporting perspective, you will provide commercial analysis,



thru to budgeting and variance analysis and financial statements for programs.

The right person for the role likes a commercial focus and working with managers across the business. This is definitely NOT a role for someone who doesn't want to get out from behind the keyboard.

You will be a motivated person, with the drive to contribute and collaborate, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be ready to evolve your career.
