We’re recruiting a Bid Manager for a highly respected commercial contractor with a strong foothold in the SEQ construction scene. You’ll lead end-to-end tender submissions across commercial, community, and mixed-use projects — supported by a smart, capable team and backed by a leadership group that values your ideas.

Key Responsibilities: nn
- Leading EOI and tender submissions from early engagement to final delivery

- Coordinating input from estimating, design, and delivery teams
n
- Writing compelling bid content and creating client-focused messaging
n
- Managing timelines, submission design, and compliance
n
- Driving continuous improvement in bid strategy and process
n

What We’re Looking For: nn
- 5+ years’ experience in bid management, submissions, or marketing within construction
n
- Excellent written communication and project coordination skills
n
- Experience working on bids $5M-$100M+
n
- Passion for storytelling and sharp commercial instincts
n
