CareCone is hiring an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for a leading technology client in Sydney, Australia .

Experience: 10–15 Years

Must Have:

n

n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- No sponsorship available
n
- 10–15 years of relevant Identity & Access Management experience
n
- Strong experience with Identity Frameworks including OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect
n
- Proven experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
n
- Solid expertise in Access Management and Security Protocols
n
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and LDAP
n
- Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication & Authorization
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience designing and implementing secure IAM solutions
n

n

Desirable Experience:

n

n
- Cloud-based identity solutions such as Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and AWS IAM
n
- PowerShell or Python scripting for automation
n




- Knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 security frameworks
n
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
n
- Experience conducting IAM risk assessments and security audits
n
- IAM / Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or relevant IAM certifications
n

n

What You’ll Do:

n

n
- Design and implement IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements
n
- Develop and maintain identity frameworks supporting authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management
n
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and existing systems
n
- Work closely with security, architecture, engineering and business teams
n
- Conduct risk assessments, audits and security reviews of IAM processes
n
- Provide technical guidance on IAM best practices and security standards
n
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation, processes and procedures
n
- Stay up to date with emerging IAM technologies and security trends
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
n
- 10–15 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management
n
- Proven experience delivering successful IAM projects
n
