Key Responsibilities: n

- Liaising professionally with clients, agents, government departments, and other third parties.

- Managing diaries, appointments, and key deadlines.

- Coordinating and maintaining legal files from commencement through to completion.
n
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and other administrative materials.
n
- Assisting with conveyancing transactions and general matter management.
n
- Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support.
n
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and maintaining accurate records.
