Lead Detailer – Façade / Modular Builder | Path to CAD Manager n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Detailer ready to step up and take the next move toward a CAD Manager role. This is a great opportunity for a detailer with strong technical skills and natural leadership ability to join a growing façade/modular builder, taking ownership of detailing outputs while mentoring the wider drafting team.

What you'll bring: n

- Advanced AutoCAD skills (essential); Revit experience highly regarded
n
- Strong exposure to façade, curtain wall, cladding, and commercial glazing systems
n
- Experience with modular construction, aluminium, and composite panel systems
n
- Leadership capability — ready to guide and support a detailing team
n
- Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels — from site teams to senior management
n
- A solid eye for detail and commitment to accuracy across complex documentation
n
