Our Interior Architecture team is looking for an Interior Designer with a high level of design and technical experience to support the team across a range of high-end, design-led projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE n

The successful candidate will have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge and attention to detail, with the ability to contribute across all stages of a project from concept through to documentation and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our talented Interior Architecture team and contribute to high-quality projects within a creative and design-focused practice.

Your work day may include;

n

n
- Contribute quality technical design, pursue design excellence and innovation
n
- Client interaction while running the job and delivering client satisfaction
n
- Produce and coordinate documentation in ArchiCAD
n
- Responsible for checking team members work and communicate with project team members
n
- Awareness of the program for project
n
- Liaise with senior staff members overseeing the project
n
- Experience with finishes and fittings selections
n
- Active participant in the progression of the project
n
- Uploading / downloading drawings to web based drawing storage facility
n




- Ability to deliver to project milestones as scheduled
n

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS n

The ideal candidate for the role will be have the following experience, skills and attributes:

n

n
- Completed Interior Design/Architecture or related tertiary qualification
n
- Minimum 4 years’ professional experience residential, hospitality and commercial projects
n
- Comprehensive to advanced level of experience using 3D BIM software (ArchiCAD), SketchUp and Creative Suite
n
- Previous experience in multi-residential would be preferable
n
- Previous exposure to retail, hospitality and hotels would be a plus
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to produce full construction documentation
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Demonstrate careful attention to detail
n
