The Opportunity n

A large Australian private equity-backed organisation is seeking an experienced Debt Capital Markets, Treasury or Corporate Finance professional to play a key role in the delivery of a significant credit rating and debt refinancing program.This is ~6 months contract role suited to a candidate who enjoys hands‑on transaction execution, stakeholder management and complex financial analysis within a sophisticated corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities n

- Support the delivery of a major debt refinancing program.
n
- Assist with the organisation's first credit rating process and engagement with rating agencies.
n
- Review and enhance financial models to support financing decisions and capital structure analysis.
n
- Undertake sensitivity, scenario and covenant analysis.
n
- Coordinate due diligence activities and manage information requests.
n
- Prepare lender presentations, information memoranda, board papers and executive reporting materials.
n
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, lenders, legal advisors and financial advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.
n
- Evaluate alternative funding structures and financing options to support strategic decision making.
n
- Support negotiations and ongoing engagement with lenders and financing partners.
n

About You n

You will be an experienced corporate finance, debt advisory,



treasury or investment banking professional with a track record of successfully supporting complex financing transactions and the following.

n

- Experience supporting debt refinancing, debt raising or capital management transactions.
n
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
n
- Exposure to lenders, financiers and credit‑related transactions.
n
- Experience preparing executive presentations, board papers and transaction materials.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and energetic environment.
n
- Degree qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline, with postgraduate qualifications viewed favourably.
