IUSCA seeks a Level 7 accredited Strength and Conditioning practitioner to lead the club’s Strength and Power Program for the Perth Bears’ inaugural NRL squad. The role operates as second-in-command within the Performance function, shaping performance philosophy, systems and workloads.
You will develop monitoring, profiling and return-to-performance work, while mentoring emerging practitioners and providing senior leadership during the absence of the High Performance Manager.
