About the Role

Join CALHN as a Nurse Consultant and use your clinical expertise to shape safer, higher-quality care. You’ll lead key projects, turn data into meaningful insights and strengthen evidence-based practice, quality and clinical performance across CALHN.

- Lead clinical projects and quality improvement initiatives
- Analyse health data, incidents and trends to guide decisions
- Develop evidence-based standards, protocols and processes
- Provide expert clinical advice across CALHN services
- Build strong partnerships with clinical and key stakeholders

About You

Bring your clinical expertise, leadership and analytical thinking to a role where you can influence quality care across CALHN. To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold current registration as a Nurse with the NMBA
- Hold or work towards a relevant postgraduate qualification
- Bring leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Apply clinical audit,



data analysis and quality improvement skills
- Lead change and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
