SIMPEC is seeking an Employee & Industrial Relation Advisor to join our project at Alcoa Pinjarra. This site-based role supports HR and EIR matters with potential cross-project movement.

You will advise on industrial agreements, awards, internal policies, dispute resolution and related employment legislation, and provide ER/HR inductions to employees. You will build trusted relationships with site staff and management, coordinate union interactions, and ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act
