Vertex Workforce is expanding its construction labour hire operations across Australia and seeks a Workforce Allocations Manager to keep sites staffed, engage workers and organise the operation as we grow.
You will manage an initial pool of up to approximately 50 workers across construction and trade roles, delivering daily allocations, recruitment, worker care and the development of scalable systems to support a larger workforce.
