The RFS Benevolent Fund is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead beneficiary applications, governance and strategic delivery within a not-for-profit setting. You will report to the Board through the Chair and drive horizon 1 and 2 priorities, coordinating with the Board and senior volunteers.

You will lead budgeting, investment oversight, fundraising strategy and stakeholder engagement with Directors, donors and partner services, while upholding governance and risk management standards.
