About the Role

Looking for a proven Project Manager to deliver optimal project outcomes (time, cost, quality, safety) across multi-disciplinary Target Rate Work Packages and minor/major capital works. Operating in a collaborative partnership environment, you will lead the PM support team (PEs, Supervisors, Coordinators) and manage key delivery partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Package Delivery: Manage, coordinate, and execute multiple Target Rate Work Packages simultaneously, including technical reporting and fiscal control.

Estimating & Tendering: Drive tender inputs, procurement activities, cost forecasting, budget development, and progress tracking.

Partner & Subcontractor Management: Select, onboard,



and manage delivery partners, design partners, and sub-contractors.

Design & Stakeholder Input: Lead team-oriented relationships with Design Partners to integrate community, environmental, and operations feedback for value-for-money outcomes.

Team Leadership: Coach and mentor Project Engineers and field staff in project management, estimating, and commercial processes
