Responsibilities:

- Support the identification, assessment and ongoing monitoring of operational and enterprise risks, providing practical insights and updates to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate risk assessments, control reviews, risk workshops and incident/action tracking to support effective risk management across the organisation.
- Develop risk reporting, dashboards, committee papers and executive briefing materials, translating risk information into clear and actionable insights.
- Provide risk support across strategic projects, organisational change and compliance activities,



helping teams identify and manage emerging risks.
- Contribute to risk culture and capability initiatives, as well as the continuous improvement of risk frameworks, processes, tools and reporting.

Wht you'll need to succeed:

- Strong background in operational risk, enterprise risk, governance, or compliance from the Financial Services/Qualified Services sector
- Experience supporting risk assessments, control assurance, governance or broader risk management activities within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to assess information, identify key risks and develop practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience preparing clear reports and presentations for management audiences
