We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Financial Accountant to join our Stockwell Finance Team based in our West End office. Working closely with our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for internal and external financial reporting, monthly reconciliations, tax compliance, auditing and key finance projects.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead the annual budgeting process including preparing all reporting templates and working with other areas of the business to complete within the timeframe.
- Prepare and manage the process of monthly development funding bank drawdowns by working closely with Development Managers across all active projects.
- Ensuring the month end process is both timely and accurate.
- Assist with bank covenant reporting and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with tax and reporting obligations.
- Support and mentor team members to success.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- A tertiary qualification in accounting.
- Proven experience in a group accounting role, desirably within property development, financial services, or a project-based role.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and audit management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
