Key responsibilities

- Advocate for clients and negotiate with insurers, assessors and suppliers
- Interpret policy wordings and assess coverage
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular claims updates
- Manage claims reviews, reporting and compliance requirements

About you

- Solid experience within General Insurance Claims
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident managing claims independently and resolving complex issues
- Broad knowledge of commercial insurance products
