We are looking for a driven and values-led State Manager to join our leadership team and lead the continued success of our operations in Victoria.

Your role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the growth, stability, and day-to-day operations of the business in the region.

You will:

- Identify and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives that enhance operational performance
- Drive growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts
- Customer centric - retain and nurture relationships with key clients
- Monitor and manage state financial performance (EBIT)
- Contribute to national business strategy, innovation, and improvement
- Champion compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Uphold a culture of integrity and accountability
- Be a visible, values-led leader who earns trust and credibility across the business

What you’ll need to succeed

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A strategic sales focus and ability to manage client and subcontractor agreements
- Proven experience in transport/logistics management
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reports
- A natural drive for excellence, attention to detail, and operational efficiency
- Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
