About The Prospect

The primary purpose of this position is to take ownership of a varied general insurance portfolio and manage it confidently and independently, across a broad range of clients and policy types.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a broad, wide-ranging general insurance portfolio spanning multiple classes of insurance
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, client queries and day-to-day portfolio management independently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across a portfolio of commercial and general insurance clients
- Processing and following up quotations, endorsements and amendments
- Ensuring compliance with Tier 1 obligations and internal processes

About You

The successful candidate will have:





- 3-5 years' experience managing a general insurance broking portfolio across a broad range of policy types
- Experience with common classes such as business packs, liability, professional indemnity and commercial motor
- Experience using systems such as WinBEAT, SVU, Sunrise and similar systems would be highly regarded
- Relevant insurance qualifications and Tier 1 compliance
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality service
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
